About Sean
Most people call me Jidan, which means "egg" in Chinese (鸡蛋). Don't ask, it's a long story… My real name is Sean, and I'm a Real Estate Consultant with PropNex.
Buying, selling or investing in a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and it touches almost everything else like your savings, your family's plans, and even when you can retire comfortably. I don't take that lightly.
Being curious and meticulous by nature, I dig into the details on why one project held its value and another didn't, what a price really includes, what it costs to hold over the years. I'd rather show you the numbers and let you decide than have you buy blindly.
Confidence matters, but so does honesty. I won't pretend to know everything. If something comes up that I'm not sure about, I'll tell you straight, find out properly, and come back to you with a clear answer.
